Expanding Cheddar Up
Before Margot Miller became District Commissioner of Hilltoppers Pony Club, the club had started using Cheddar Up for dues, but she saw its bigger potential. Managing a local Pony Club chapter means collecting payments for national dues, regional fees, event registrations, and visitor access — plus organizing seasonal camps and fundraisers.
Under Margot’s leadership, Cheddar Up became more than a dues collector — it turned into an essential part of club operations. She created folders for each year and seasonal event, like camps or fundraisers, with all fees, forms, and logistics linked in one place. Visitors from outside the club could register and pay easily, too.
Her favorite trick? Suggested donation fields. By using open-ended payment options, she was able to offer three pricing tiers for campers.

One Platform for All the Pieces
Margot relies on Cheddar Up to store release forms, manage responses, and track reporting all in one spot. She includes infographics, links, and tiered options right on the page, so club families know exactly where to go and what to do. And when she needs to transfer funds to the club bank account? “It’s seamless.”
Cheddar Up even helps with outreach. She posts collection links on Facebook, allowing interested families from the wider horse community to join in lesson days or unmounted clinics. “It’s like our all-in-one club hub.”
