Hitting a Bullseye Amid the Chaos
Launching ARS Archery, an all-girls middle and high school program, was no small feat for Caryn Conley, Booster Club President. From practice signups to tournament registrations and collecting dues, organizing everything for parents and students quickly became overwhelming.
The challenges didn’t stop there. As a brand-new program, they had to fundraise for expensive equipment and ensure every student had equal opportunities — regardless of financial limitations.
