Cheddar Up Refund Policy
Products purchased from Cheddar Up, Inc., and transaction fees paid on CheddarUp.com may be refunded only if cancelled and/or initiated within the refund or change period specified below in this policy. Some products and fees have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products or fees that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products and fees.
“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, or the date of payment, which includes the date of any subscription renewal processed by Cheddar Up, Inc. in accordance with its Terms of Service.
“Refund or Change Period”, is the time window in which you may cancel/refund or change a product, or refund a transaction fee, if this option is available.
No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
STANDARD REFUND TERM
Transaction Fees: Fees can be refunded within 10 days of the date of the transaction (Payer refunds can be made indefinitely, but transaction fees may not be refunded after this time period). Learn more.
Annual Plans+: No refunds are available on initial annual plans for any reason after the date of the transaction. If you wish to change from an Annual to Monthly plan, this can be done within 7 days of the initial date of the transaction. Automatic annual renewals can be refunded within 5 days of the renewal date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans*: No refunds are available on monthly plans.
Mailing Labels: Label fees can be refunded if the request is made within 30 days of the label date of the transaction.
All subscription plan and mailing label refunds, as permitted by the refund or change period described above, must be requested through Cheddar Up Support. All transaction fee refunds, as permitted by the refund or change period described above, are made automatically via CheddarUp.com and are initiated by you (the user).
+”Days” referenced herein refer to actual days (i.e., this is not limited to business days).
*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 12 mos., etc.).
