1. Eligibility

The Cheddar Up Social Media Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cheddar Up and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on September 8th and ends at 11:59 PM MT on September 12th (“Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Follow Cheddar Up on at least one of the following platforms: Instagram (@cheddarup), Facebook (@cheddarup), YouTube (@cheddarup), or TikTok (@cheddarup), and
  
• Like, comment, AND tag a group or user on the official Giveaway post (posted on 9/8/25).

Each platform follow + comment combination counts as one (1) entry. Participants may earn up to four (4) total entries by engaging on all four platforms. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize

The winner will receive a free Team Plan subscription to Cheddar Up (valued at $420 annually). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at Cheddar Up’s discretion.

6. General Conditions

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cheddar Up and the social media platforms from any liability. Cheddar Up reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.

6. Privacy

By entering, you acknowledge and agree that any personal information you provide may be used by Cheddar Up for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
