Consent to Electronic Records and Signature

By using Cheddar Up to sign documents, communicate, or receive information, you agree to the use of electronic signatures and communications in place of paper or handwritten documents for all transactions and/or submissions through the platform. This means you’ll receive and sign documents, notices, and disclosures electronically through our platform. You are not obligated by Cheddar Up or by law to give this consent.

Technical Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you will need the following:

    • A device (computer, smartphone, tablet) with internet access.
    • A current web browser that supports 256-bit SSL encryption.
    • Software that allows you to view PDF files (such as Adobe Reader).
Withdrawing Consent

If you’ve agreed to receive documents or notifications electronically but later want to change how you receive them, you can let us know by emailing friendlysupport@cheddarup.com. Withdrawing consent does not void anything signed electronically via the platform prior to that point. Consenting to electronic signatures after withdrawing consent will initiate a new agreement. Please note that withdrawing consent may result in a delay in completing your transactions/submissions or accessing certain services. If you prefer not to use electronic signatures for documents sent by a third party using Cheddar Up, please contact that third party directly to make other arrangements.
